I had no idea that little Columbia Mo. had no law keeping women from going bare-breasted in public. The group Gotopless.org had a rally there to draw attention to their drive to make it legal nationwide and I was on hand to document it though only 8 - 10 ladies showed their support they claimed it was a good turnout.
